Oops, I did it again: Consistency is no accident
I love it when you try something new to shine a light on your brand and itís a hit. But, itís a lost opportunity if you fail to repeat what worked well and to do so on a consistent basis.
By nature, we humans are comfortable with predictability. We like to know what we can expect. We enjoy having something to count on. And, we build trust with a brand through repeated good experiences.
When an initiative proves successful, incorporate it as part of an ongoing strategy. Execute it on a regular schedule. For example:
When you spot a winning tactic, keep doing what speaks to your target audience on a regular basis. Success is not an accident. Wash. Rinse. Repeat.
